This bill establishes that fishing, hunting, and shooting are important traditional activities that have a key place on our National Forests and public lands administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).
Grijalva Amendment #001 – Prohibits Hunting, Fishing and Shooting in Wilderness Areas (Failed 14-27. View Roll Call Vote)
This amendment would remove the section of the bill that protects hunting, fishing and shooting sports activities in Wilderness Areas.
Grijalva Amendment #002 – Weakens Protection for Hunting, Fishing, and Shooting on Federal Lands (Failed 16-27. View Roll Call Vote)
This amendment would remove the section of the bill that strengthens protection for hunting, fishing and shooting sports under federal land management laws.
