This bill removes a federal deed restriction on a parcel of land in Accomack County, Virginia allowing the county to be able to use the property to further develop a site and connect a research facility that will create hundreds of jobs.

Wittman Amendment #021 – Imposes Deadline for Restriction to be Removed (Agreed to by Voice Vote.)
This amendment requires the restriction to be removed within 90 of enactment of the bill.
