I hereby give notice that I have issued a subpoena duces tecum (for documents) to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for documents related to the Migratory Bird Treaty Act and the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act. A copy of the subpoena may be reviewed in the Committee office (1324 Longworth House Office Building) during business hours.
