This bill amends the Gila Bend Indian Reservation Lands Act to prohibit gaming activities on lands that the Tohono O’odham Nation was authorized to purchase in Arizona in exchange for granting the federal government all right, title, and interest to the Gila Bend Indian Reservation.

Gosar Amendment #986 – Geographic Gaming Clarification (Passed 33-10. View Roll Call Vote)
This amendment defines the geographical boundaries of the gaming restrictions in the underlying bill as “north of latitude 33 degrees, 4 minutes north.”
