On Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., in Room 1334 Longworth House Office Building, the Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources will hold a legislative hearing titled, “The Importance of Public Disclosure Requirements for Protecting Human Health, the Climate, and the Environment,” on the following bill, and other related measures:

  • H.R. 5636 (Rep. Lowenthal), To provide for the accurate reporting of fossil fuel extraction and emissions by entities with leases on public land, and for other purposes. “Transparency in Energy Production Act of 2020.”
