On Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 2:00 PM, in room 1324 Longworth House Office Building, the Subcommittee on Water, Oceans, and Wildlife will hold a hearing on “Healthy Oceans and Healthy Economies: The State of Our Oceans in the 21st Century.”
